Education and Resources for Students

Education of our future physical therapist and athletic trainers is a central focus to Sports & Performance Physical Therapy’s mission.  Here students have the opportunity to interact with clinicians that are passionate about teaching and passionate about our future generations in the sports and dance medicine fields.

We are proud to offer educational opportunities to students in the following areas.

  • Current PT/PTA students:  We are a certified Clinical Instructor facility.  Please contact your University or Schools Clinical Coordinator to set up the appropriate paper work for a potential rotation at our facility.
  • Students working towards applying to PT/PTA school:  We are willing to have students volunteer in our clinic for observation hours. Please have one of your current professors contact our office to help coordinate observation time with our clinic.
  • High School students interested in the fields of Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Athletic Training:  We love to have student spend time observing in our clinic to help you determine if this is the right career path for you. Please have your High School Sports Medicine Teacher contact our office to set up a potential observation with our clinic.
