A recent transplant to Reno, Dr. Nicole Posnick-Wolf is excited to join the Sports & Performance PT family. She began her Physical Therapy career 5 years ago in San Luis Obispo, California. Over the years she has expanded her training into the areas of Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation with a focus on helping individuals recover function and return to the activities that matter most to them.

She aims to personalize each treatment to help patients reach their goals and areas of need. Her approach is research-based with the consideration of biomechanics to address the whole individual and promote long-lasting relief. Utilizing a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and neuromuscular re-education she addresses conditions at the source, optimize movement, and improve quality of life. As a dancer from a young age, Nicole plans to incorporate techniques of her passion into her therapeutic practice.

A certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association, Nicole relishes the opportunity to pass on knowledge and accumulated experiences to assist in teaching the next generation of Physical Therapists.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Anthony, when he isn’t busy with his studies at UNR. She is looking forward to exploring Nevada, spending time outdoors to hike or snowboard, and hopes to return to her dancing roots.
